·  Nike – Employed Temporary Worker – June 17 to September 12, 2007

Global Experience Event Marketing-  Responsibilities included assisting in product management, working with PowerPoint and Excel, and general office duties. Also was a suite hostess for the Nike promotional suite at the U.S. Open. Responsibilities  as hostess included hospitality, food and beverage management, and liaison for group.

·  University of Oregon Student Alumni Association (SAA) – Volunteer – Winter 2005 to Present

Alumni Relations Chair – December 2006 to April 2007:  Served as student representative for all Alumni events.  Directly responsible for all phases of the implementation of a new University of Oregon Class Ring concept.

General Member – December 2005:  Assist at various Alumni events.  Tasks have included event registration, check-in and information resource, and general set-up and welcome duties.

·  Nike National Team Friendlies – Volunteer – September 4 to September 11, 2006

Onsite point of contact as the NIKE Hospitality Desk Coordinator.  During the 8 day event I provided approximately 130 hours of support services to players, coaches and NIKE staff.  While residing at the Embassy Suites I handled a variety of tasks including assuring meals and snacks were available as appropriate, coordinating transportation utilizing shuttles, busses and vans, and serving as a general resource for information about the city as questions arose.

·   University of Oregon Alumni Association - General Office Support – June to September 2006    

Responsibilities included answering phones, general office duties and event supply management including pulling supplies for events and organizing inventory and restocking as necessary.

·  University of Oregon Alumni Relations - Internship – Fall/Winter/Spring 2005-2006

Assisted in planning and coordinating The 2006 Fifty Year Class Reunion.  Directly responsible for the complete production of the Class of 1956 Keepsake Book including initial mailings to participants, design, layout, editing, print coordination and distribution..
